Flavoured Creatine is a drink made from the finest creatine monohydrate with added flavour. It has been developed to contain no carbohydrates and is therefore very suitable during the definition phase. The powder is extremely soluble in water, so it is easy to prepare on the go.
Consumption of creatine increases physical performance during short, consecutive and very intense physical efforts (beneficial effect is achieved with an intake of 3 g of creatine per day).
The product is intended for active adult individuals who perform high-intensity exercise.
