Das Produkt kann Milch (einschließlich Laktose), Soja, Erdnüsse, andere Nüsse, Sesam, glutenhaltiges Getreide, Eier, Krebstiere und Fisch enthalten. EMPFOHLENE TAGESVERZEHRSMENGE (*% MwSt.) 3 g:Kreatin-Monohydrat 3000 mg I – davon Kreatin: 2640 mg. GEBRAUCHSANWEISUNG:Die Dosis beträgt 3/4 Messlöffel (3 g). Die Packung enthält 100 Dosen. Mischen Sie die Dosis in 100–150 ml Wasser oder Saft. Nehmen Sie am Trainingstag täglich 1 Portion ein – nach dem Aufwachen oder nach dem Training.
