It is perfect for endurance sports such as cycling, mountain biking, long-distance running, multi-hour ironman activities, but also for mountain biking, long hikes, cross-country skiing, etc.
It serves as an energy snack before exercise and for phased dosing during exercise.
In addition to the optimal ratio of simple and complex carbohydrates, BCAAs in an optimal ratio of 2:1:1 are added to the combination to protect muscle mass during exercise and minerals with vitamins for proper metabolic function during exercise.
It is intended for energy replenishment before and during long endurance physically demanding activities, gradual energy supply during exercise for delaying fatigue and supporting performance thanks to the BCAA content.
