This "guilt-free" snack by Olimp makes it easy to supplement your diet with protein, which contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass. In this case, a blend of plant proteins from peas, brown rice and soy was used. It also includes a portion of carbohydrates with a low glycaemic index, thanks to the addition of Palatinose (isomaltulose). Extra nutrients, including vitamin B12, minerals (zinc - Albion™ chelate, selenium, iodine) and KSM®-66 ashwagandha extract have been added.
